For over 25 years, Tim has been managing the marketing and development of digital products and programs for clients, including Ford, IBM, Avaya, Dove, SiriusXM, J&J, Nestle, MetLife, and Kraft. Tim’s expertise is in leading digital innovation grounded in effective and efficient marketing strategy. His creative and innovative approach to digital has been recognized by various industry awards and notables, including Cannes, Clios, One Show, IAB Mixx Awards, Webbys, FWA, and Awwwards. Tim is also a frequent guest lecturer on Interactive Media at the University of Miami, School of Communication, and a mentor for undergrad students working at the University of Miami’s on-campus student-run agency, Orange Umbrella. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Bekky has served in a project management role for 12+ years at ICVM Hawk. With an early career start in print production, and an additional 7 years of experience as a Production Designer, she has worked across both print and web projects for a variety of clients. Her pragmatic and methodical approach to projects, matched with an aptitude for creativity, sets her apart. Bekky is a dedicated team player, always striving for success and looking out for the best interests of her clients. She holds a BA of Fine Arts from LIU Post.

Stephan leads the strategy and visioning process for all of the agency's major projects. He has served as a senior digital strategist and consultant to some of the world's most renowned professional services firms for nearly 30 years. Stephan's understanding of strategic messaging and decades of hands-on experience in all aspects of the web craft combine to shape effective communication design experiences that never lose sight of their intended purpose.

Stephen possesses a rare mixture of technical and executive experience, offering the unique ability to create strategies and direct the execution of digital assets and campaigns. His career began as a web developer, advancing to the highest tier in the worlds largest web development firm, Web.com, before moving to Florida’s second largest real estate company where he eventually advanced to the position of Digital Marketing Director, and later becoming Creative Director for The PCR Agency where he led projects for clients like The Jacksonville Jaguars, Safe Touch Security and Farah & Farah. Stephen left to begin private consulting in 2014 and has since earned a reputation in his field that has kept his services in high demand from companies ranging from national brands to startups.

MJ Barnes brings 17+ years of industry experience across account management, strategy, and business development. MJ began her career at CP+B Miami, where she led digital and experiential campaigns for American Express Travel, Volkswagen, and MetLife. From there, MJ built Orange Umbrella, the student-run communication consultancy at the University of Miami. During her tenure, MJ managed 400+ students, oversaw 100+ client projects, and galvanized Orange Umbrella as a national model for student-run businesses. Relying on her collaborative approach and strategically-led expertise, MJ is driven to build purposeful, impactful brands across all industries. MJ holds a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.

With 15 years of experience in the digital agency landscape, Candice brings a wealth of knowledge in design, technology, operations, and project management. Her journey began in print, and as the world transitioned to the digital realm, she embraced every opportunity to expand her skill set, becoming an expert in all things digital. Candice thrives on building relationships and excels in client relations and customer service. She genuinely enjoys meeting new people, finding inspiration in the connections she makes. Living in Cape Town, South Africa, at the foot of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, she draws motivation from her three beautiful daughters. They inspire her to push boundaries in her career and instill in them the values of independence and excellence, shaping them into strong, empowered women. Passionate about operations and project management, Candice embraces new challenges and digital projects that foster personal and professional growth. With a positive outlook on life, she inspires and educates her peers, promoting a culture of transparency and teamwork. Daniela has hundreds of successful design projects to her name and oversees the implementation of various creative endeavors.

Giselle Craig brings over a decade of experience in software engineering, UX/UI design, and project management, having worked with renowned companies like Electronic Arts and fast-growing startups like Genies. Her career highlights include leading the development of complex digital platforms, managing cross-functional teams, and creating innovative, user-focused solutions that drive results. Giselle’s technical expertise spans custom development, WordPress, and scalable infrastructure, paired with a strong eye for design and usability. A problem solver at heart, Giselle excels at streamlining workflows and delivering high-quality outcomes, whether working with enterprise clients or startups. Based in Corrientes, Argentina, she’s passionate about continuous learning and leveraging her skills to help businesses turn their ideas into impactful digital products.

Sreeju is passionate about leveraging technology to drive impactful results and streamline business processes. With over 15 years of expertise in full-stack web development,  Sreeju specializes in designing and delivering scalable, user-focused web applications. His experience extends to database architecture, development, and optimization to build robust and efficient data structures. Additionally, Sreeju is skilled in server management, system monitoring, and infrastructure design, ensuring secure, high-performance environments for applications.

His is a skilled frontend developer with expertise in CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Joomla, custom coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and Responsive Design and performance optimization.
